Terms and Conditions

There is a $100 cancelation fee on late cancelations and no shows for all sessions greater than $149 and a $50 fee for no show or late cancelation with sessions less than $150. By booking an ultrasound at Maternal Mantra Ultrasound Studio, you understand the difference between elective and diagnostic exams. Elective exams are for NON-diagnostic purposes only and do not take place of an ultrasound ordered by your medical professional. All elective ultrasounds are non diagnostic exam and are not considered prenatal care. We take no responsibility, in any way, of treating or diagnosing medical issues or anomalies. We take no responsibility of documenting or searching for any fetal anomalies of any kind, that may be missed by your provider. If you are having any issues, please seek medical attention. Maternal Mantra Ultrasound Studio provides elective ultrasounds only for bonding and making memories with your unborn baby. Maternal Mantra has the right to use any images taken during your session(s) for advertisement purposes, your name will remain hidden. Thank you and I look forward to showing you your little babe.
