Preparation for your appointment

Please stay well hydrated, especially the week prior to your 5D/HD appointment! Throughout your pregnancy hydration is always important and with great reason! Dehydration can cause decreased amniotic fluid levels, which amongst other important things, will cause poor image quality. With that being said, please do not start chugging water to the point of nausea, as this also has adverse effects on your body.
